Online Billing FAQs
Hauth’s Family Taekwondo is moving all billing to recurring payments paid on our website. We are making this change for a number reasons, the biggest being for the convenience of our students:
• Recurring monthly payments mean you only have to enter your information one time rather than remembering to pay every month
• You can easily adjust your account by logging in at www.familytaekwondo.com/account
• With online billing through our website any issues are solved by the Hauths and Hoekengas rather than a third party
Recurring monthly payments also benefit our school as a whole:
• Reliable monthly income allows us to plan and execute more programs for our students
• Online billing through our website allows us to have complete control over any issues rather than relying on a third party to treat our students well

You can access your account at https://www.familytaekwondo.com/account and update payment information, adjust your profile, or cancel your subscription.

We will be phasing ASF out and moving all payments to the Hauth's Family Taekwondo website. If you have an ASF account please cancel it and sign up for a recurring payment on our website.
NOTE: Current students please reach out for a link to the page with discounted family pricing for existing students.

If you are taking time away from Taekwondo and would like to pause payment please follow these steps:
Log into your account at familytaekwondo.com/account
Click on "Subscriptions"
Click on the active subscription you would like to pause.
Click on red "Cancel Subscription" at the bottom of the panel.
When you're ready to start your subscription follow the same steps but click on the past subscription and follow directions to pay tuition again.
When you start your subscription it will show up as a new subscription and your previous past subscription will remain.
